Ludwigsburg, 06 August 2010. Jetter AG (ISIN: DE0006264005) has finished their first fiscal quarter on 30 June 2010. Sales of the Jetter group for the first fiscal quarter were, at KEUR 7,824, 11 % higher than in the previous year (KEUR 7,029). The continuation of considerable cost-cutting measures enabled Jetter to reach a positive result for the quarter, the still unsatisfactory sales levels notwithstanding. EBIT was KEUR 350 (previous year: KEUR -1,223). Diluted and undiluted earnings per share were EUR 0.09 (previous year: EUR -0.37).
Management expects sales volume to further take up after the summer holidays, not least due to beginning deliveries in the Mobile Automation sector.
The complete interim report will be published on 11 August 2010 and will be available at the websites of Jetter (http://www.jetter.de) and Deutsche Börse (http://deutsche-boerse.com).

Ludwigsburg, 17 June 2010. On 24 June, Jetter AG (ISIN: DE0006264005) will publish the business report for the year ended 31 March 2010. The economic crisis has marked the events at Jetter throughout the year. The German machinery industry suffered the biggest order loss in recent history. Jetter, a supplier to that industry, could not evade this development.
In the fiscal year 2009/10 (31 March) the Jetter group with a turnover of 28.6 Mio. Euro missed the mark, by a wide margin, of both the previous year’s 40.2 Mio. Euro and the budget. The earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) amounted to -1.9 Mio. Euro, after +1.1 Mio. Euro in the previous year. The net result was -1.3 Mio. Euro (previous year: +1.2 Mio. Euro).
Management supposes that the group has already passed the low point of economic development. A sensible improvement and the return to profits is expected for the second half of 2010. For the fiscal years until 2011/12, management expects a yearly sales growth well in the double-digit range and corresponding results, driven by the area of mobile automation as well as by the recovery of the industrial automation sector.
The complete business report will be published on 24 June 2010 at a press conference in Frankfurt am Main and will be available at the websites of Jetter (http://www.jetter.de) and Deutsche Börse (http://deutsche-boerse.com).

Ludwigsburg, 10 February 2010. Jetter AG (ISIN: DE0006264005) has finished their third fiscal quarter on 31 December 2009. The Jetter group continued to be afflicted by the ongoing slump in the machinery industry. Quarterly sales declined further to KEUR 6,449 (Previous year: KEUR 8,985). Sales for the nine months were 21.6 Mio. EUR, 32 % less than the 31.7 Mio. EUR in the previous year. Cost-cutting measures notwithstanding, EBIT was a loss of KEUR - 852 for the quarter and KEUR - 2,021 for the nine months (previous year: KEUR - 114 and KEUR + 1,731). Diluted and undiluted earnings per share were EUR - 0.28 for the quarter and EUR - 0.75 for the nine months (previous year: EUR - 0.01 and + 0.53).
Based on the persistently difficult conditions in the machinery business, management expects oscillating sales and negative results to be around for another six months. Management expects the tension to ease only from mid-2010, when serial sales of new products from the mobile automation range shall begin. Furthermore, there are timid signs of existing customers’ order books improving in the second half of 2010. Until then, the main focus is on the preservation of liquidity and on the organisational preparation for the expected upturn.
The complete interim report will be published on 12 February 2010 and will be available at the websites of Jetter (http://www.jetter.de) and Deutsche Börse (http://deutsche-boerse.com).
