Criteria in Favor of Jetter AG:

With its JetWeb control concept Jetter has the ideal basis to serve as a "data acquirer" for an ERP system. The JetControl-24x control is therefore the link between existing machine control systems, the operator and the ERP system/database.
The intelligent JetControl hardware also permits pre-processing of the machine data and temporary intermediate storage, if, for example, the connection to the database fails. As soon as the connection is re-established, the data are automatically transferred. This means maximum data consistency.

Technical Description of the Production Plant:

Measurement, monitoring and analysis of production processes as well as the documentation of process events permits optimum cost transparency and helps to identify improvement potential in production.
The comprehensive acquisition of production and machine data can be used for the evaluation and determination of process and production figures. With the help of the flexible and expandable PDC/MDC system from EVO it is possible to collect production data and to monitor production plants in various ways and to a different extent.
